Rare Early Ladies Compact Case with Swiss Watch CA1885
Swiss Rare Early Lady’s Compact Case With Watch Approx. 2-5/8 German Silver Circa: 1885” x 3-1/2 x 5/8”
This unique compact case is smooth on the back and decorated with engraved flowers on the front. At center, there is a small paper dial with Arabic numerals, which measures approx. 15mm in diameter. This connects to the lever-style movement, which fits inside the compact case. The interior watchcase is 39mm in diameter. The compact features a central inner panel, which separates the watch area from the rest of the compact. There is an interior clip, a place with writing paper, a small mirror, a coin container and a compact case area.
