CASE: The 18K yellow gold, 47mm, No. 57,358, plain polished demi-hunter case with porcelain Roman numerals and is signed “Patek Philippe”.
DIAL: This white porcelain dial displays Roman numerals and has spade hands.
MOVT: This 16-jewel, stem-set movement with lever escapement is gilt with a bridge style layout and is numbered under the dial 57,358.

Scarce 47mm, demi-hunter case is signed “Patek Philippe” on case. This Patek has black Roman numerals on front lid and the case is a thick heavy 18K gold. The movement numbers are under the dial and the case numbers are the same, there are very few of this style provided with porcelain Roman dial and original hands.
