The overall size of the yellow-gold frame is 43 x 46mm and has a curved/swirl
design that forms into the prongs that hold the cameo. This carved shell piece
is oval and measures 34 x 44mm and is embellished with its own real diamond
necklace. The single flush-set diamond has a weight of .05 Ct. The edges of the
frame have open work curved swirl designs also. Polished finish, near mint
condition and weighs 8.7 dwts.
